Hey! Hey, you. Over there. Yes...you. Have I got a new snack idea for you!

Take one of your favorite brunch staples and cross it with everyone's favorite dinner...

PIZZA WAFFLES!!!!!!!!!

Say what now?!?

You heard me!

Start with my basic gluten free waffle recipe. Then, add your favorite pizza accoutrements- pepperoni, bacon, sausage, ham, peppers, mushrooms... So simple!

Oh, and they can be ready in 15 minutes or less! That's right. A homemade, super yummy pizza snack, prepared with fresh and wholesome ingredients. Kids will love them! Friends, parents, guests, your boss...EVERYONE.

And, if you want to go for more of a cheesy bread vibe, simply double or triple the cheese. No judgement here.

For a non-gluten free version, you could also use refrigerated crescent or biscuit dough with toppings and your waffle maker.

So many options... So little time to choose...
