Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 - 3 lbs. pork tenderloin or shoulder
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 2 tsp. cumin
- 1 Tbsp. dried oregano
- 3/4 c. orange juice
Instructions
- Brush the pork with 1 Tbsp. of olive oil. Then, season with salt and pepper. Next, rub with dried oregano and cumin. If desired, sear each side in a hot skillet.
- Add orange juice to the bottom of the slow cooker. Place pork in the slow cooker. Then, cook on low for 8-9 hours or high for 5-6 hours. Turn off the heat and allow to rest/cool. Remove the pork and shred with two forks. Next, return to the crock pot with the juice. Store in the fridge.
