Skinny Raspberry Margaritas
These skinny raspberry margaritas make a cool, summer cocktail- sweetened with a natural raspberry purée!

Ingredients
Raspberry Purée
- 6 oz. fresh raspberries
- 2 Tbsp. powdered sugar
- Juice of 1/2 lime
Margarita
- 4 oz. tequila
- 2 oz. orange juice (about 4 Tbsp.)
- Juice of 1 lime
- 16 oz. Ginger ale, Sprite, or seltzer
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, heat the raspberries and powdered sugar over low-medium heat for 4-5 minutes. Then, mash and allow to cool. Pour into a blender with juice of 1/2 lime. Blend, then strain.
- Mix the puréed raspberries with tequila, orange juice, lime juice, and soda. Serve chilled.
