Sheet Pan Steak and Fries
For a classic meat and potatoes dinner made on ONE sheet pan- sheet pan steak and fries will quickly become part of your weekly rotation!

Ingredients
- 2 steaks, about 1-in. thick
- 2 russet potatoes
- Olive oil
- 1/2 Tbsp. chicken or steak seasoning
- Salt and pepper
- Optional: steak seasoning
Instructions
- Place the steaks on the counter at room temperature.
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Slice the potatoes into about 8 wedges each. In a large bowl, mix the potatoes with 2 tsp. of olive oil and 1/2 Tbsp. of seasoning. Spread onto aluminum foil in a single layer. Place in the oven and roast for about 20-22 minutes.
- Brush olive oil on each steak. Then, season both sides with salt, pepper, and steak seasoning.
- Remove potatoes from the oven and immediately place the steaks on the hot baking sheet. Return the steak and potatoes to the oven for about 6-8 minutes. Flip halfway through cooking. (At 7 minutes, the steak was still a little pink on the inside)
