Sheet Pan Chicken Fajitas
With minimal cookware and 30 minutes, these sheet pan chicken fajitas make a healthy dinner perfect for any night of the week!

Ingredients
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 3 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 - 1 1/2 lbs. chicken, sliced
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
- 1/2 packet of taco seasoning mix
- 4 - 12 tortillas, depending upon size
- Optional: salsa, scallions, cilantro, lettuce, sour cream, avocado, etc.
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- In a mixing bowl or on the sheet pan, mix the onions, peppers, chicken, 1 Tbsp. of olive oil, salt, pepper, and taco seasoning mix. Spread evenly on the baking sheet.
- Tip: Use aluminum foil for easier clean up.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes, until chicken is cooked through. Serve with tortillas and your favorite toppings.
