Ingredients

  • 2 sticks of butter, softened
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/4 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs + 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 3/4 c. gluten free flour blend
  • 2 c. chocolate chips

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter and sugars. Then, beat in the vanilla, and eggs. Gradually beat in the baking soda, salt, and gluten free flour blend. Finally, stir in the chocolate chips. Cover and refrigerate dough for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
  • Scoop dough onto a lined baking sheet. Then, bake for 9-11 minutes. Allow cookies to cool for a few minutes before moving to a cooling rack.
