  • 1/2 medium onion, sliced
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 8 slices of thinly sliced frozen steak
  • Tortilla Chips
  • 1-2 c. shredded cheese
  • Optional: marinara sauce

Instructions

  1. OPTIONAL: In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, sauté the onion and peppers for 4-5 minutes with about 1 Tbsp. of olive oil.
  2. Brown the steak by placing two steaks at a time in a skillet on medium-high heat. Cook on the first side for about one minute. Then, flip and allow the other side to cook for about 30 seconds. Set aside on a plate.
  3. Set the oven to low broil.
  4. Spread tortilla chips onto a sheet pan. Then, tear up the pieces of steak and place over the tortilla chips. Next, top the tortilla chips with the sauteed veggies. Finally, sprinkle with the shredded cheese.
  5. Low broil for 4-8 minutes, until the cheese is melted and beginning to brown.
