Philly Cheesesteak Sheet Pan Nachos
For a fun, Philly-style spin on Nacho Night, these cheesesteak nachos make a delicious appetizer, snack, or even dinner! Enjoy thinly sliced steak, peppers, onions, and cheese piled over tortilla chips and then lightly broiled.

Ingredients
- Olive Oil
- 1/2 medium onion, sliced
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
- 8 slices of thinly sliced frozen steak
- Tortilla Chips
- 1-2 c. shredded cheese
- Optional: marinara sauce
Instructions
- OPTIONAL: In a medium skillet over medium-high heat, sauté the onion and peppers for 4-5 minutes with about 1 Tbsp. of olive oil.
- Brown the steak by placing two steaks at a time in a skillet on medium-high heat. Cook on the first side for about one minute. Then, flip and allow the other side to cook for about 30 seconds. Set aside on a plate.
- Set the oven to low broil.
- Spread tortilla chips onto a sheet pan. Then, tear up the pieces of steak and place over the tortilla chips. Next, top the tortilla chips with the sauteed veggies. Finally, sprinkle with the shredded cheese.
- Low broil for 4-8 minutes, until the cheese is melted and beginning to brown.
