Peanut Butter Freezer Fudge

Ingredients
- 1 c. creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. milk (can use dairy free)
- 1/4 c. cream or more milk (can use dairy free)
- 1/4 c. coconut oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Instructions
- In a medium saucepan, heat the peanut butter, brown sugar, milk, cream, and coconut oil over low heat. Whisk until smooth. Turn off the heat and stir in the vanilla.
- Pour into a freezer safe dish. If desired, add sprinkles or nuts. Freeze until firm (at least 6 hours.) Store in the freezer.
