Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 Tbsp. milk or cream
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1 - 2 pears, diced
  • 12 - 24 gluten free cookies or graham crackers + extra crushed

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Then, beat in the milk/cream and vanilla. Next, beat in the brown sugar. Continue to beat until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to assemble.
  2. Dice the pears. Then, pipe a layer of the cream cheese mixture on top of each cookie/graham cracker. Next, top with diced pears. If desired, sprinkle with crushed cookies/graham crackers.
