Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp. milk or cream
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 - 2 pears, diced
- 12 - 24 gluten free cookies or graham crackers + extra crushed
Instructions
- In a medium mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Then, beat in the milk/cream and vanilla. Next, beat in the brown sugar. Continue to beat until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to assemble.
- Dice the pears. Then, pipe a layer of the cream cheese mixture on top of each cookie/graham cracker. Next, top with diced pears. If desired, sprinkle with crushed cookies/graham crackers.
