Keto Stromboli Bake

Ingredients
- 1 loaf of keto bread (about 16 slices)
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 3/4 c. heavy cream
- 1/2 c. unsweetened almond milk
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 c. mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 8 oz. ham, diced
- 2 oz. pepperoni
- 6 slices of provolone
- 1-2 c. cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to low broil.
- Brush one side of each slice of bread with the melted butter. Then, broil for 3-4 minutes, until beginning to brown. Flip and broil the other side for 3-4 minutes. Set aside and allow to cool before slicing into bite-sized pieces.
- Next, set the oven to 350 degrees.
- In a medium saucepan, heat the cream cheese, cream, milk, and butter. Once that is mostly melted together, whisk in the shredded mozzarella cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
- Next, grease a 9x13 baking dish. Cover the bottom of the baking dish with about half of the bread. Then, layer in about half of the white sauce, ham, pepperoni, and about 1/2 cup of shredded cheese. Next, top with the slices of provolone. Then, repeat to create a second layer (minus the provolone.)
- Bake for 18-20 minutes. If desired, set the oven to high broil for 1-3 minutes, until the top is browned.
