Ingredients
- 6-8 oz. cold coffee
- 1 Tbsp. heavy cream
- 1-2 tsp. flax seed or MCT oil
- 1 Tbsp. almond butter
- 1/2 - 1 scoop low carb protein powder (I used vanilla)
- 1 Tbsp. chia seeds
- 1 packet stevia
- 1 handful of spinach
- 1/4 ripe avocado
- Ice cubes
Instructions
- Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Add more ice for a thicker consistency.
