Ingredients
- 16 oz. frozen pineapple chunks (about 2.25 cups)
- 1/2 - 3/4 c. milk (I used almond milk)
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 c. whipped topping, thawed
Instructions
- In a blender, add the frozen pineapple, 1/2 cup of milk, brown sugar, and lemon juice. Blend until smooth. If desired, add up to 1/4 cup of more milk. Then, blend in the whipped topping. Pipe or spoon into bowls. For a firmer consistency, freeze for 20+ minutes before consuming.
