Healthy Burger Bowls

Ingredients
- 4 - 8 slices, of bacon, cooked
- 1 lb. grass-fed ground beef
- Salt and pepper
- 4 c. frozen sweet potato fries
- 2 medium tomatoes, sliced or diced
- 1 small red onion, sliced
- 5 oz. lettuce
- 1 c. shredded cheese
Dressing
- 1/2 c. plain Greek yogurt
- 2 Tbsp. ketchup
- 1 - 2 tsp. mustard
- 1 Tbsp. coconut aminos or soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp. sweet relish
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. onion powder
- 1/8 tsp. paprika
- Optional: 1-2 tsp. sriracha
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. In a medium skillet, brown the bacon. Set aside on a plate, lined with a paper towel. Remove the leftover bacon grease.
- Place the fries on a baking sheet. Cook according to the directions, about 12-18 minutes. You can also heat the fries in an air fryer.
- Using the same skillet, brown the ground beef. Season with salt, pepper, and any of your favorite burger seasonings.
- To Assemble the Bowls: Layer lettuce, tomatoes, onion, fries, beef, bacon, and cheese.
- Using a blender, blend all of the dressing ingredients, until smooth. Drizzle over each bowl.
