Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter (vegan)
- 1/2 c. granulated sugar (organic for vegan)
- 1/4 c. brown sugar (organic for vegan)
- 1/2 c. applesauce
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/4 c. gluten free flour blend
- 1 Tbsp. butter, melted (can use vegan)
- Sprinkles
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter, sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Then, beat in the applesauce, vanilla, baking powder, salt, and gluten free flour blend.
- Brush the skillet with melted butter. Spoon cookie dough into the skillet. Next, use a spatula to spread evenly. Top with sprinkles. Then, bake for 20-22 minutes. After cooled, top with icing and additional sprinkles.
