Gluten Free Holiday Kitchen Sink Cookies

Ingredients

  • 1 stick of butter, softened
  • ½ c. brown sugar
  • ¼ c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 egg + 1 egg yolk
  • ½ tsp. baking soda
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 1 ¼ c. gluten free flour blend
  • ¼ c. chocolate chips
  • ¼ c. white chocolate chips
  • ½ c. mini peanut butter M&Ms
  • Handful of gluten free pretzels, crushed
  • Handful of potato chips, crushed
  • Sprinkles

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, cream the butter, brown sugar, and sugar. Next, beat in the vanilla, eggs, baking soda, salt, and gluten free flour blend. Then, stir in the chocoalte chips and any other mix-ins.
  2. Cover and refrigerate dough for 20-30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet.
  4. Scoop dough and roll into balls.
  5. Bake for 9-12 minutes, until lightly golden brown. Allow to cool completely before removing from the baking sheet.
