Ingredients

  • 5.6 oz. gluten free graham crackers, crushed (about 1 1/2 c.)
  • 3 Tbsp. butter, melted (or plant butter)
  • 2- 8 oz. packages of light cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 c. milk and/or cream
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 8 oz. whipped topping, thawed
  • 1/2 c. mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  • In a food processor, blend the graham crackers until crushed. Next, add the melted butter and continue to pulse, until combined. Press into a round baking dish.
  • In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Then, beat in the milk/cream, vanilla, and powdered sugar. Beat on high until smooth. Fold in the whipped topping and mini chocolate chips. Spread mixture over the graham crackers crumbs. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour. Finally, drop and serve!
