  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. plain Greek yogurt
  • Olive oil
  • 1/2 c. marinara sauce
  • 1 c. mozzarella cheese
  • Optional: pepperoni, veggies, Parmesan, etc.
  • Optional: dried oregano

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk the 1 cup of flour, baking powder, and salt. Then, beat in the Greek yogurt.
  • In the mixing bowl, knead the bread 12-15 times, while adding up to 1/4 cup of more flour as needed. You want to create a just slightly sticky dough.  If desired, refrigerate dough.
  • Split the dough into 2 or 3 pieces. Next, roll each piece of dough between two pieces of parchment paper. Place on a baking sheet, with the parchment paper under the crust.
  • Then, brush with olive oil and bake for 8-10 minutes.  Remove and top with sauce and your favorite toppings. Finally, return to the oven for 8-10 minutes.
