Gluten Free Banana Pudding

With layers of sliced bananas, vanilla pudding, whipped topping, and gluten free cookies, this gluten free banana pudding makes a sweet and simple snack!

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 1/2 - 2 c. milk (depending upon package directions, can use non-dairy)
  • 1 tub of whipped topping
  • 2 small bananas, sliced
  • 1 c. gluten free vanilla wafers or small cookies

Instructions

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk or beat pudding mix and milk, according to package directions. Place in the fridge for 5 minutes to set.
  2. Fold 1/2 of the whipped topping into the pudding mix. In individual dishes, layer the cookies, banana slices, and pudding mixture. Pipe or spoon additional whipped topping on top. Garnish with a slice of banana and crushed cookie pieces. Store in the fridge.
