Ingredients
- 2 medium ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 4 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1/2 c. applesauce or yogurt
- 2 eggs
- 2 scoops of protein powder
- 2 c. milk (can use dairy free)
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 c. old-fashioned or rolled oats
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large mixing bowl, mash the bananas with a fork. Then, whisk in the maple syrup, butter, applesauce, and eggs. Next, whisk in the protein powder, milk, and cinnamon. Finally, stir in the oats. (If you prefer to leave out the protein powder, only use 1 1/2 c. of milk)
- Pour batter into a greased 9x13 baking dish and bake for 35 minutes.
- Garnish with sliced bananas and enjoy!
