Ingredients
- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp. milk or cream
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 c. powdered sugar
Apple Topping
- 2 medium apples, peeled & diced
- 1 tsp. coconut oil
- 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 tsp. brown sugar
- 4 gluten free graham crackers
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Next, beat in the milk/cream, vanilla, cinnamon, and powdered sugar. Beat on high until mixture is very smooth. Cover and set in the fridge.
- In a small skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Then, sauté the apples for 4-5 minutes, until fork tender. Season with cinnamon and brown sugar during the last minute of cooking.
- Spoon or pipe cream cheese onto each graham cracker. Next, spoon the apple mixture over top. If desired, garnish with whipped cream or whipped topping. Serve warm or cold.
