Gluten Free Air Fryer Mozzarella Sticks

Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. gluten free breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 4 mozzarella sticks, cut in half
Instructions
- In a small skillet, heat the butter over low heat. Then, add the breadcrumbs. Cook, stirring often, for about 5 minutes until browned and crisp. Remove from the heat and allow to cool slightly.
- Dip each cheese stick in the egg mixture. Next, carefully coat in the breadcrumbs. Freeze for at least 1 hour.
- Set the air fryer to 400 degrees. Turn on for 1-2 minutes to heat. Then, add the mozzarella sticks and cook for 4-5 minutes, until the cheese is soft, but not oozing.
