Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1/2 small onion, grated
- ½ c. Parmesan cheese
- ½ c. bread crumbs (can use gluten-free)
- 1 tsp. Sriracha
- 1/2 tsp. grilled chicken seasoning
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, grate the onion over the ground turkey. Next, add the Parmesan cheese, bread crumbs, Sriracha, grilled chicken seasoning, salt, and pepper. Use a spoon or clean hands to combine. Next, create 4 patties (or roll into meatballs.)
- In a large skillet, heat 1-2 Tbsp. of olive oil. Brown each side of the turkey burgers for about 5 minutes. Place on a bun or a bed of hash browns.
