Bacon Cheeseburger Skillet
For a low carb alternative to that classic cheeseburger- this bacon cheeseburger skillet is family-friendly and uses only one pan! So juicy and delicious, you won't even miss the bun!

Ingredients
- 4-6 slices of bacon
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 large bell peppers, diced
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 2 Tbsp. mustard
- 1 c. cheese, shredded
Instructions
- In a large skillet, brown the bacon. Set bacon on a plate lined with a paper towel. Then, remove 1/3 to 1/2 of the remaining grease.
- Using the same skillet with leftover bacon grease, sauté the onion and peppers for 7-8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Next, add the ground beef and cook until browned, about 7-8 minutes. Again, season with salt and pepper.
- Stir in the ketchup and mustard. Then, tear the bacon into smaller pieces and add to the skillet. Finally, sprinkle with the cheese and turn off the stove.
