With a few minutes of prep the night before, these apple cinnamon overnight oats make a healthy & nourishing breakfast- ready and waiting in the fridge!
- In a small bowl, stir the maple syrup, chia seeds, apple juice, and milk. Then, stir in the cinnamon and protein powder. Finally, stir in the oats. Make sure the oats are fully submerged in the liquid. Next, cover and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- Remove from the fridge. Then, cut up an apple and stir into the oats. Overnight oats can be enjoyed cold or heated in the microwave.
Note: If you don't want to include protein powder, then only use 1/4 cup of milk.
