Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 2 Tbsp. coconut aminos or soy sauce
- 1/2 small onion, grated
- 1 Tbsp. dried oregano
- Salt and pepper
- Optional: 1 clove of garlic, minced
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the ground turkey, coconut aminos, onion, oregano, salt, and pepper. Use clean hands or a spoon to mix. Then, roll into 12-16 balls. Set the air fryer to 375 degrees. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket every few minutes. Internal temp should reach 165 degrees.
