Ingredients

  • 4-6 slices of bacon
  • 15-20 Brussels sprouts
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  • In a large skillet, brown the bacon. Set aside on a plate lined with a paper towel.
  • Meanwhile, slice the Brussels sprouts into thin strips. Add the sprouts to the skillet with the bacon grease and sauté for 7-8 minutes over medium-high heat. Season with salt and pepper.
