Ingredients
- 1/2 tsp. coconut oil
- 1 apple
- 2 tsp. orange juice
- 1/8 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar (can omit)
- 1 - 2 Tbsp. granola
Instructions
- In a small skillet, heat the coconut oil over low heat. Peel and dice the apple. Then, add to the skillet and raise the heat to medium-high. Stir in the orange juice and cinnamon. Next, sauté for 4-5 minutes. Once apples are fork tender, turn off the heat. Then, sprinkle the apples with the brown sugar and granola. Serve warm.
