Happy Super Bowl Sunday! Hopefully, your friends are arriving and the snacks are almost prepared.
This is my no-fail crab dip recipe. It is SUPER simple, takes very little time, and is always AMAZING!!!!!!
Using the oven takes about 10 minutes. For a quicker version, put all of the ingredients in a small saucepan and heat for 3-5 minutes.

- 8 oz. light cream cheese
- 8 oz. claw crab meat
- 2-3 baby carrots, finely diced
- 1/4 of a red pepper, finely diced
- 1 c. shredded cheese
- 1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
- 2 tsp. Sriracha
- Salt and pepper
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. In a medium bowl, combine the cream cheese, crab meat, carrots, red peppers, 1/2 c. shredded cheese, Old Bay, Sriracha, salt, and pepper. Use a fork to evenly combine the ingredients throughout the cream cheese. Scoop into a small, greased baking dish. Top with 1/2 c. shredded cheese. Bake for 8-10 minutes, until heated through and cheese on top is melted and beginning to brown. Serve warm with pretzel bites or tortilla chips.
